Finance Technology Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Managed Services Transitions: Finance Technology Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology implementation workstreams for ERP platforms and financial operations tools, from requirements gathering to go-live
• Serve as the primary technology implementation lead, ensuring system readiness aligns with go-live timelines
• Conduct assessments of client finance technology environments and design future-state system configurations and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in finance technology implementation or finance transformation, preferably in a consulting environment
• Hands-on configuration experience with ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, or Rillet) and familiarity with financial workflow tools
• Strong understanding of core finance and accounting processes and their optimization within finance technology systems
• Proven ability to manage complex implementation projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
