Job Summary

Offering a full-time opportunity, the Finance Track Graduate Program will engage recent graduates in multiple rotational assignments across various finance roles, including Cost Accountant and Treasury Analyst, while providing hands-on experience in financial modeling and data-driven research in Carmel, IN, and other locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in rotational assignments to gain diverse finance experience and broaden professional networks
• Own and manage high-impact projects that contribute measurable business outcomes
• Collaborate with senior leaders and mentors to develop technical and professional skills

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field completed within the past two years or anticipated graduation by June 2027
• Related internship or project work with experience in Excel, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High learning agility and intellectual curiosity, with a proactive approach to responsibilities
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments and authorization to work in the country of employment
