Finance Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

To support a major finance transformation initiative, the remote Finance Transformation Analyst will manage SAP S/4 design, configuration, and implementation activities while partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize financial processes and master data.

Key Responsibilities

• Support finance workstreams related to SAP S/4 design, configuration, testing, and implementation
• Perform detailed analysis of existing finance master data and recommend cleanup and standardization efforts
• Define and document standardized finance processes and workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, or Corporate Finance
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models
• Ability to gather business requirements and document processes across multiple stakeholder groups
