Finance Transformation Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Finance Transformation (Private Equity).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance and business transformation engagements from diagnostic through execution across people, process, technology, and data
• Build actionable, prioritized roadmaps aligned to sponsor value creation plans
• Engage directly with CFOs and other finance leaders to drive improvements across core finance processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of client-facing consulting or advisory experience
• Experience delivering transformation initiatives within the Office of the CFO
• Exposure to Private Equity sponsors and/or PE-backed portfolio companies
• Knowledge of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A)
• Experience with finance systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, or Dynamics
