Finance Transformation Associate Director

Job Summary

Supporting the modernization of the record-to-report process, the remote Finance Transformation Associate Director will design, implement, and scale improvements across various financial processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Shape and execute the record-to-report transformation roadmap across close management, reconciliations, and reporting
• Translate business and accounting requirements into clear process designs and implementation plans
• Lead workstreams for design, testing, user acceptance, and stakeholder training to ensure successful project execution

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience, including public accounting experience at a Big 4 firm, ideally at the Senior Manager level
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives from issue identification to solution implementation
• Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP, financial close, internal controls, and financial reporting processes
• Ability to effectively communicate complex accounting topics to senior stakeholders
• Interest in finance technology, automation, and AI-enabled transformation
