Finance Transformation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation system implementation project and manage the setup of the consolidation tool
• Provide leadership for data migration and design standard reporting tools during the ERP implementation project
• Support operating finance teams in the assessment and redesign of local and back-office processes

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in developing analytics dashboards and reports from complex data sources
• Experience with ERP, RPA, and BI systems and tools
• Experience validating and migrating financial data during system implementations
