Finance Transformation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Transformation Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Transformation agenda and execute the transformation roadmap
• Design and implement new finance processes, governance models, and operational structures
• Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, risk tracking, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Finance IT, and/or Program Management
• Proven operational process improvement experience
• Strong project and program management skills
• Experience with reconciliation and reporting platforms and ERP systems is preferred
