Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Transformation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of Finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements and system implementations
Support the design and implementation of Finance Target Operating Models and Service Delivery Models
Execute change management strategies to support adoption of new processes and systems

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Finance transformation, consulting, or related roles
Strong program management experience delivering complex, global initiatives
Deep understanding of Finance processes and operating model design
Experience with ERP implementations, automation, or analytics-driven transformation
Hands-on experience with change management and driving adoption
