Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Finance Transformation (Private Equity).

Key Responsibilities

Serve clients within the Office of the CFO at private equity portfolio companies, enhancing the finance function's effectiveness
Identify and assess business obstacles within Finance and Accounting, executing evaluations, gap analysis, and implementation remediation
Interact with Portfolio Company CFOs and other stakeholders to define scope and priorities in the value creation process

Required Qualifications

8+ years of client-facing consulting or advisory experience
Experience delivering transformation initiatives within the Office of the CFO
Exposure to Private Equity sponsors and/or PE-backed portfolio companies
Knowledge of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A)
Experience with finance systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, or Dynamics
