Finance Transformation Manager

Job Summary

To support a key transformation phase, the full-time Finance Transformation Manager will lead critical accounting functions remotely, focusing on Fixed Assets, Expense Payables, and Sales Audit operations while preparing for SAP S/4HANA migration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead balance sheet cleansing activities and ensure the accuracy of fixed asset data in preparation for S/4HANA migration
• Develop and document key processes for Expense Payables, including reconciliations and posting procedures
• Administer the Optimus platform for credit card transaction reconciliation and oversee reporting processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure
• Strong expertise in Fixed Assets, Expense Payables, and Sales Audit functions
• Proven experience supporting ERP transformations, ideally SAP S/4HANA
• Strong background in process documentation and internal controls
