Finance Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Managing the Finance & Accounting AI transformation roadmap, the full-time Sr. Finance Transformation Manager will partner with functional leaders and IT stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, oversee solution delivery, and establish governance frameworks, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Finance & Accounting AI operating model and transformation roadmap
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases, tracking benefits realization post-deployment
• Design role-based learning paths and lead change management initiatives for AI adoption within the Finance & Accounting function

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting transformation, with 3+ years in AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
• Strong knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders at the Sr. Director, VP, or CFO level
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or a related discipline; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
