Finance Transformation Vice President

Job Summary

Leading a technology-centric enterprise-wide finance transformation, the full-time remote Vice President of Finance Excellence and Transformation will develop a comprehensive transformation vision, engage stakeholders, and manage change initiatives to unify finance operations and support long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a compelling finance transformation vision in collaboration with the CFO leadership team
• Establish a stakeholder management strategy to secure buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization
• Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of an enterprise-wide finance transformation program, ensuring alignment and adoption of new tools and standards

Required Qualifications:

• 12-15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Program Finance, or Financial Operations, with at least 5 years in leading finance transformation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Proven track record of managing post-M&A financial process integration and legacy system consolidation in a complex government contracting environment
• Strong understanding of government contracting financial requirements, including FAR and CAS
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
