Finance Value Stream Manager

Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time salaried Sr. Manager, Finance Value Stream will oversee the development and execution of finance systems strategies, focusing on enhancing finance operations through technology adoption and process transformation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a global Finance Value Stream team through continuous transformation and change management
• Champion the redesign of finance workflows, driving technology adoption and improving efficiency and user experiences
• Establish governance frameworks and KPIs to elevate delivery quality and platform maturity across Finance systems

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance Operations, ERP/financial systems, or Product Management (SaaS preferred)
• 5+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of leading global teams
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in SAFe or scaled Agile environments
• Familiarity with enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., Workday and Hyperion) and finance data architecture
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
