Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly vendor sub-capitation payments and reconciliations
• Execute financial implementation of sub-capitation and risk-share calculations
• Maintain reporting tools for financial performance and coordinate with internal parties

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field
• Master's or advanced degree in a related field is preferred
• Five years of professional experience with healthcare payer capitation routines and data analysis
• Two years of management experience is required
• Three years of experience in health plan month-end close activities
