Finance Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Finance to oversee financial strategy and operations in a rapidly growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company's financial model for scenario planning and profitability analysis
• Oversee accounting, taxes, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with leadership on financial insights, operational efficiency, and strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in early-stage startup environments (pre-Series B or into Series B preferred)
• Experience working closely with a founder CEO
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to build sophisticated operating models
• Experience overseeing accounting and financial operations, even if outsourced
• Comfort with ambiguity and experience in SaaS environments is preferred
