Finance Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Finance to manage financial planning, analysis, and operational performance in a fast-growing payments business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with business leaders to drive revenue growth and cost optimization across payment products
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, particularly in FP&A within the payments or fintech sectors
• Deep technical understanding of the payments ecosystem
• Proven experience with financial planning tools such as Anaplan or NetSuite
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial controls
