Finance Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, and strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company's forecast and budget model, including corporate P&L and cash flow
• Oversee day-to-day accounting workflows and drive improvements in the monthly close process
• Partner with leadership on strategic analyses, investment decisions, and support board reporting

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or private equity
• At least 2-3 years in a senior finance leadership role with direct people management experience
• Proven track record of owning a full corporate financial model end-to-end
• Experience preparing and presenting to boards, investors, or executive leadership
• Solid grounding in accounting fundamentals and experience managing external accountants or auditors
