Finance Vice President

Job Summary

Providing leadership and oversight, the full-time salaried Vice President of Finance (FP&A and G&A) will manage all finance-related activities for the business unit, including financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic vision development, in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finance FP&A and G&A activities, developing and monitoring the Annual Operating Plan
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting, ensuring compliance with state requirements and identifying medical cost trends
• Review monthly performance and financial results, providing recommendations and insights to senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred
• 8+ years in a high-level finance role in the healthcare or insurance industry required
• Previous management experience including hiring, training, and performance management of staff
• CPA preferred
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare preferred
