Job Summary
Owning the finance function in a pivotal growth phase, the full-time VP of Finance will manage monthly forecasts, implement financial systems, and provide strategic financial insights to leadership while working remotely in Eastern hours.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee monthly forecast-to-actuals reconciliation and maintain a driver-based rolling forecast
- Conduct monthly business reviews to document and address meaningful variances
- Hire and develop a finance team, transitioning from hands-on execution to strategic financial partnership
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in finance, including a senior FP&A or finance-leadership role
- Experience managing a complete monthly close process
- Ability to build a driver-based forecast linking current-month actuals to full-year guidance
- Experience evaluating and implementing financial systems
