Finance VP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations during a phase of hypergrowth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own financial strategy including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing models and investor materials
• Build and transition accounting and tax functions in-house while ensuring compliance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles such as VP Finance or CFO
• Experience scaling B2B SaaS companies from Series A-C with revenues between $30MM and $100MM+
• Expertise in FP&A, fundraising, and investor relations
• Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with SaaS metrics
