Finance VP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance to lead the finance function and drive financial strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company objectives
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Proven leadership experience in accounting, FP&A, tax, and treasury functions
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience building financial processes and systems in growing companies
