Finance VP

Job Summary

To build scalable finance systems and infrastructure, the full-time VP of Finance will manage end-to-end financial processes, including month-end close, regulatory filings, and strategic financial planning, while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Manage all regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance and timely submissions
• Develop and implement financial models to support annual planning and departmental budgeting

Required qualifications

• Experience in a controller or senior accounting role with a focus on strategic finance
• Strong background in financial reporting and regulatory compliance, preferably in regulated industries
• Proven ability to build and improve financial processes and systems
• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) capabilities
• Ability to lead and develop finance teams effectively
