Finance VP

Job Summary

To build scalable finance systems and infrastructure, the full-time VP of Finance will manage end-to-end financial processes, including month-end close, regulatory filings, and strategic financial planning, while operating remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Manage all regulatory reporting obligations, ensuring compliance and timely submissions
• Lead the annual planning process, connecting revenue targets with budget and operational needs

Required qualifications

• Experience in a controller or senior accounting role with a strong understanding of financial reporting
• Background in strategic finance, including FP&A capabilities
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in highly regulated industries, preferably financial services
• Proven ability to build and enhance financial processes and controls
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and analysis
