Finance VP
Job Summary
Owning the finance function in a pivotal growth phase, the full-time salaried VP of Finance will manage monthly forecasts, implement financial systems, and build a finance team while collaborating closely with leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Own a monthly forecast-to-actuals reconciliation and a driver-based rolling forecast
- Run monthly business reviews to document and address meaningful variances
- Evaluate and implement financial systems while leading the annual planning cycle
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in finance, including a senior FP&A or finance-leadership role
- Experience managing a monthly close end-to-end and building driver-based forecasts
- Proven track record of evaluating and implementing financial systems
- Experience in a venture-backed, high-growth environment
- Strong ability to communicate complex financial decisions clearly to non-financial stakeholders
