Job Summary

To maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of properties, the full-time Financial Accountant will manage daily bookkeeping functions, including journal entries and reconciliations, with the potential for hybrid or remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping functions and ensure integrity across the general ledger for assigned properties
• Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts monthly and quarterly, addressing discrepancies promptly
• Analyze financial performance and participate in financial review meetings to support hotel financial strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Prior hotel financial experience preferred
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with accounting software and general ledger systems
• Ability to support audit preparation with accurate documentation
