Financial Accountant

Job Summary

To maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of properties, the full-time Financial Accountant will manage daily bookkeeping functions, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, with potential for hybrid or remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
• Manage monthly accruals and maintain organized documentation for audit readiness
• Conduct financial analysis, including reviewing P&L statements and collaborating with senior accounting leadership

Required qualifications

• Prior hotel financial experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
