Financial Accountant FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Accountant/FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, develop strategies for revenue increase and cost reduction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making and develop financial models
• Create and manage budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and communicate financial results to stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

• 10 years' experience in a financial accountant or FP&A role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in a global business environment
• Proficiency in MYOB and Dynamics 365; advanced Excel skills are essential
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or tech-driven environment
