• Provide expert advice and configure Workday Financial Core/Record to Report modules
• Drive Workday implementations and analyze complex ideas or proposals
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge assets

• Demonstrated experience configuring and delivering Workday Financials Accounting system
• Experience leading Workday Record to Report implementations
• Proven track record of transforming business requirements into system configurations
• Ability to manage work, lead a workstream, and mentor junior team members
• Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork
