• Demonstrated experience configuring and delivering Workday Financials Accounting system
• Experience leading Workday Record to Report implementations
• Proven track record of transforming business requirements into system configurations
• Ability to manage work, lead a workstream, and mentor junior team members
• Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork
