Job Summary
Performing data entry and processing vendor invoices, the full-time Financial Administrator will manage invoice reconciliations and ensure accurate payment processing while working under general supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain reconciliations of invoices, purchase orders, and receivers
- Process invoices for payment by verifying accuracy and compliance with purchase order terms
- Address inquiries from vendors, employees, or buyers regarding invoice discrepancies
Required qualifications
- Two-year degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of accounting clerical experience
- Experience working with computers and accounting software
- Completion of college-level accounting courses is desirable
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines with high volumes
