Job Summary

A company in the financial industry is seeking a Financial Advisor.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on a range of financial topics
• Initiate sales activity through inbound calls to increase AUM or product/solution adoption
• Educate and advise participants on Managed Account Services solutions, when appropriate, and enroll participants into a managed account solution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years' customer service and/or outbound sales experience in financial services or 401(k) industry
• FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations required within established timelines
• FINRA fingerprinting upon hire
• Knowledge of retirement plans (401k, 403b, 401a, 457b, etc.
