Financial Advisor

Job Summary

A company in the financial industry is looking for a Financial Advisor.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide financial advice and consultations to plan participants through inbound and outbound calls
• Educate and advise participants on anaged Account Services solutions and opportunities to utilize a Financial Planner
• Initiate proactive/follow-up phone calls on behalf of the participant to current fund company to begin the necessary paperwork to transfer money to our products when needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of customer service and/or outbound sales experience in financial services or 401(k) industry
• FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations required within established timelines; current Series 65 preferred
• FINRA fingerprinting upon hire
• Comprehensive PC skills including knowledge of our recordkeeping system
