Financial Advisor Coordinator

Job Summary

JA company in the financial industry is looking for a Financial Advisor Coordinator.

Position Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to gather financial information and set up appointments with financial advisors
• Assisting clients with basic topics related to their retirement plan
• Adhering to risk procedures and documenting information from conversations with clients for follow-up calls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with financial services and retirement plans
• FINRA 6, 63 registrations required within corporate-established timelines
• 1-2 years of previous call center experience, preferably in a high-volume outbound environment within a financial services organization
• Good understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services, and the qualified retirement plan environment
