Job Summary

To influence AI-driven career guidance, experienced Financial Advisors will evaluate and enhance AI-generated advice in a fully remote, flexible contract role focused on delivering expert-level insights in the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions and provide high-quality "golden answers" for financial professionals
• Create evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy of AI-generated career advice
• Identify and correct inaccuracies in AI recommendations using real-world industry knowledge

Required qualifications

• Professional experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or Financial Planner
• Strong understanding of financial services career paths and advisory practices
• Experience mentoring or coaching financial professionals
• Ability to provide practical and realistic career advice
• Familiarity with the Midwest or Chicago financial services landscape is a plus
