Job Summary

Evaluating AI-generated career guidance, the remote contract Financial Advisor Evaluator will review career-related questions, write expert-level responses, and create evaluation rubrics to enhance the quality of advice provided to aspiring finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from financial professionals at various stages of their careers
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within financial services
• Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Professional experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner, or similar role
• Strong understanding of financial services career paths and advisory practices
• Experience mentoring or coaching financial professionals
• Ability to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
• Familiarity with the Texas or broader Southern US financial services market is a plus
