Financial Advisor II

Job Summary

To support the financial operations of a healthcare organization, the full-time salaried Financial Advisor II will provide complex financial analysis, prepare budgets and forecasts, and assist in the efficient operation of the organization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provides complex financial analysis support to various entities and prepares operating and capital budgets
• Prepares and presents financial forecasts, including statistics and payer mix, while managing the month-end close cycle
• Conducts budget vs. actual revenue and expense variance analysis and develops management reports as required

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, including BI
• Familiarity with Kaufman Hall/Axiom budgeting software is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
