Job Summary

A company is looking for an EES Financial Advocate Representative to evaluate financial assistance applications for charity care recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate documentation to approve or deny charity and indigent care applications
• Complete application packets and prepare summary sheets for financial assistance recommendations
• Contact patients to obtain necessary verifications and maintain accurate logs of accounts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a 4-year college degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related area is preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Intermediate analytical and mathematical skills
• Experience with government programs is a plus
