Financial Affairs Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Affairs Manager to oversee financial operations within the Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct financial operations, including budgeting and accounting functions
• Construct projections of income and expenses, prepare yearly budgets, and provide financial reports to leadership
• Develop and implement internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
• 5 years of related experience in financial or accounting positions
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in healthcare finance is preferred
• Master's Degree in Business is preferred
