Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting with students to provide information on financial aid options and student loan counseling
• Reviewing documentation and resolving any conflicting information in student records
• Assisting students with online completion of financial aid forms and providing in-person loan counseling

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
• Not in default on a federal student loan or owe repayment on a federal grant
