Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Advisor (Central Processing Team).

Key Responsibilities

• Revise financial aid award packages based on updates and eligibility changes
• Troubleshoot disbursement rejects and ensure timely funding disbursement
• Meet with new students to assess funding needs and provide guidance on financial aid options

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of Title IV administration experience preferred
• Working knowledge of financial aid and student accounts
• Ability to manage a student caseload effectively
