Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Advisor who will serve as the primary contact for students and staff regarding financial aid processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guidance through the financial aid process
  • Accurately document student interactions and maintain financial aid records
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant customer service and/or financial aid experience
  • Experience in a service-oriented call center preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • General knowledge of the higher education industry preferred
