Job Summary

Providing phone-based financial aid support, the full-time Financial Aid Advisor will educate students on Federal Student Aid options, ensure proper funding packaging, and enhance the student experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct inbound phone discussions to advise and educate students on financial aid options
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to assist students in accessing courses and pursuing degree completion
  • Utilize financial aid databases to provide real-time assistance during calls and ensure compliance with regulations
Required qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Associate's degree required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a solutions-oriented attitude
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to manage multiple demands with minimal supervision
