Financial Aid Advisor

Job Summary

Guiding students through the financial aid process, the full-time Financial Aid Advisor will provide counseling on funding options and assist a diverse student population in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist students with understanding and navigating the financial aid process
• Provide guidance on funding options to prospective and current students
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training programs to enhance service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in Title IV administration or as a VA certifying official preferred
• Knowledge of Student Information Systems, such as CampusNexus & Regent, preferred
• Strong customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
