Job Summary

Supporting online learners through the tuition and financial aid process, the full-time Financial Aid Advisor will guide students on payment options, collect documentation, and ensure compliance with federal and institutional policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise students on tuition payment plans, financial aid options, and application procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments to support student financial needs and maintain accurate records
• Counsel students with high balances or delinquent accounts to identify additional financing solutions

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Thorough understanding of Title IV funds, regulations, and eligibility requirements
• Proven ability to work effectively with financial aid team members to improve student experience
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and university systems
• Must be in good standing on all federal student loans to access NSLDS
