Job Summary
Guiding students through the financial aid process, the full-time Financial Aid Advisor will assist with FAFSA completion, award packaging, and compliance with regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Guide students and families through the financial aid process, including FAFSA completion and award packaging
- Review and analyze financial aid applications to determine eligibility for various aid programs
- Counsel students through individual appointments and workshops, while collaborating across departments to enhance student satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience working directly with students and families in Financial Aid
- Working knowledge of Title IV financial aid regulations
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
