Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Financial Aid Advising & Outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Student Financial Aid Advising and Outreach unit, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Coordinate financial literacy and outreach initiatives, collaborating with various departments for effective financial aid processing
• Supervise staff, manage performance, and assist in the development of financial aid policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; NASFAA Certified Financial Aid Administrator preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in financial aid administration with knowledge of federal and state regulations
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably with remote teams
• Experience in developing policies and operational processes for compliance and efficiency
• Strong understanding of the higher education landscape, preferably in a for-profit setting
