Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Counselor to manage federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage financial aid programs in compliance with regulations
• Provide customer service and address financial aid inquiries from students and families
• Collaborate with various university offices and participate in internal committees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial aid or related higher education roles
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends
• Experience with financial aid systems is preferred
