Financial Aid Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Director overseeing UG Continuing/Military/Grad Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the financial aid operations for undergraduate continuing, military, and graduate populations
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while promoting financial literacy among students and families
• Recruit, train, and motivate financial aid staff to enhance student experience and support retention efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of Title IV management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Campus Nexus Student (CNS - Anthology)
• Must be eligible to enroll in the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
