Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on Title IV funds and assist with financial aid applications
• Complete verification on applications and resolve conflicting information
• Ensure timely submission of student files for compliance review and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma (GED acceptable) from an accredited institution
• 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field
• Ability to multitask while maintaining organization
• Must not be in default on any federal student loan
