Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the financial aid operations team to ensure productivity and compliance with regulations
• Maintain and improve the quality of financial aid processing by identifying training opportunities for staff
• Resolve escalated customer service inquiries and ensure timely completion of tasks

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Three years of related work experience in the higher education industry, specifically with Title IV financial aid
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in regulations and policies
• Computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary software applications
