Financial Aid Processor
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Financial Aid Processor will analyze and process student financial aid files to determine eligibility and award amounts, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and process student financial data to determine financial aid eligibility and award amounts
- Review and complete federal verification requirements by examining FAFSA/ISIR data and supporting documentation
- Monitor assigned workloads to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial aid files
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and training
- Knowledge of federal Title IV financial aid programs and eligibility requirements
- Experience with automated financial aid processing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Understanding of Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requirements
